Ed Choice Scholarship

At ACCS, many students benefit from scholarships provided by the Ohio Department of Education. These scholarships cover the full tuition cost for eligible families. Scholarships are awarded based on factors such as income, the Ed Choice Expansion program, or the student’s school district under the Traditional Ed Choice program. 

Please note that you do not need to apply for a scholarship until you have been accepted to ACCS.

01 – Student Application

  • Acceptance to ACCS requires an interview with the principal. In addition, student assessments may be necessary. 

02 – Pastor Reference Form

  • A reference from your pastor must be submitted before your child can be considered for enrollment. After submitting the student application and pastor referemce form, you will be contacted by phone or email to schedule a family interview.

03 – Family Interview

  • Required documentation:
    • IEP or 504 plan if applicable.
  • The applying student and both parents/guardians are required to attend the interview with the principal.

04 – Enrollment

  • Upon acceptance you will recieve an enrollment packet which includes enrollment forms, medical forms, and an Ed Choice application.

Enrollment Documentation Needed

  • Immunization records
  • Copy of Social Security Card
  • Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Utility bill for proof of address

All forms and documentation must be submitted to the school office one week from the date of acceptance.

NOTES

Tuition only covers approximately 60% of the cost of educating each child. The remaining 40% must be raised through fundraising and donations.
